Hey, compliments of the new season! I hope you all well and excited as much as I am about this year of 2020. I've told myself that this year is all about financial growth and exploring new ways of making money and I hope you all ready to embark on this journey with me.

This year totally began on a good note, I must say! As the Bitcoin price took a big jump of 25%. These were some of the headlines that were on the news, leaving the whole of South Africa buzzing with excitement!

* Bitcoin has recorded its best start to the year since 2012.

* Bitcoin’s was trading at around $8,667.33 at 13:34 p.m. SIN/HK up roughly 21% so far this year.

* has recorded its best start to the year since 2012. Optimism has returned to the market following a crash after the 2017 record high

* Other digital coins including ethereum and XRP have followed suit, posting more than 20% gains in the first two weeks of 2020

For those discerning investors that have been investing in cryptocurrency, this has been an extremely great start to the year and can only get better and higher from here on going forward.

This week what I'm reading: The Four Pillars of Investing by William J. Bernstein.

Pillar One: Theory

Pillar Two: History

Pillar Three: Psychology

Pillar Four: Business

These are the four pillars that the author stresses on, giving an insight of what investing entails and how to kill the investing game and start making good money.

He further states that whether you invest in stocks, bonds, or for that matter real estate or any other kind of capital asset, you are rewarded mainly for your exposure to one thing—its risk. ( And that's where I come in, through my classes I teach you how to measure those risks and explore the interplay of risk and investment return.)

The author shows how mastery of the Four Pillars can result in a coherent strategy that will enable you to accomplish investing’s primary aims: achieving and maintaining financial independence and sleeping well at night. In order for us to achieve these objectives we need to ensure that we can visualise what we want in our thoughts, have a clear picture of our long term and short term goals. It's so important to visualise in 2020 in that way we can kickstart our financial freedom stay motivated about the new decade.

Below is a video based on power of visualisation, highlighting the importance of visualising what you want and being consistent over your goals.

Enjoy!
